What We Do

We operate a conveyancing quote request and introduction service for residential property transactions in England and Wales. We collect details from you and may pass them to one or more conveyancing providers so they can contact you about a quote.

What We Do Not Do

We are not a law firm, are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, do not provide legal advice, do not carry out conveyancing work and do not act for you in a property transaction.

No Solicitor-Client Relationship

Submitting a form through this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship with Prime Conveyancing Quotes or with any provider. A client relationship only starts if you choose to instruct a regulated provider directly and that provider accepts your instructions.

No Obligation to Instruct

You are under no obligation to instruct any provider introduced through this website. You remain free to obtain quotes from other firms or choose another provider.

Quotes and Timescales

We aim for quote requests to receive a response within 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee that a provider will respond, that a provider will accept your matter, or that any quote will remain unchanged if the facts of your matter change.
