Referral disclosure

Referral Fee Disclosure

This page explains how referral fees, marketing fees or commissions may work when a quote request is introduced to a conveyancing provider.

Our Role

Prime Conveyancing Quotes is a quote request and introduction service. We may pass your details to one or more solicitors, licensed conveyancers or conveyancing firms so they can contact you about a conveyancing quote.

Referral Fees or Commission

We may receive a referral fee, marketing fee or commission from a conveyancing provider if you make an enquiry, receive a quote or instruct a provider through our service. The exact amount or basis may depend on the provider and the arrangement in place.

Your Choice

You are under no obligation to instruct any provider introduced through this website. You can choose another conveyancer, obtain your own quotes, or decide not to proceed.

Provider Disclosure

If you choose to instruct a regulated provider, that provider should give you its own client care information, costs information and any referral fee disclosure required by its regulator before or when you instruct it.

Costs

Any quote should make clear the legal fees, VAT, expected disbursements and any third party costs. If the facts of your matter change, the provider may need to revise its quote.

No Legal Advice

Prime Conveyancing Quotes does not provide legal advice or conveyancing services. A client relationship only forms if you instruct a regulated provider directly.
